Shipping Information

Domestic, APO and International Orders
We use USPS or UPS on domestic orders. Packages mailed by USPS are sent first class or priority depending on weight. Delivery confirmation and packaging supplies are included in the shipping costs. Insurance is optional. Our online shopping cart automatically calculates shipping costs based on the items you select. Shipping costs are displayed before you finalize your order. APO military addresses ship USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Specials
If you are purchasing multiple items "standard" shipping may be the most affordable option with a package weighing up to 10lbs for $11.95 plus the $1.00 handling and a package weighing 10-20 lbs for $14.95 plus $1.00 handling. Any overpayment in shipping costs will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery Times
Your total delivery time is based on our processing time plus shipping time. Since our products are handmade and custom-made to your needs,  our  standard processing time is 7-10 days, especially for large orders. Smaller orders usually ship sooner. Processing and shipping times can take slightly longer during holiday times. To estimate your final delivery date, please use the following guidelines:

USPS Service Shipping Time
USPS Overnight 1 Business Day
USPS Priority 2-3 Business Days
USPS First Class 4-7 Business Days
UPS Ground 3 to 7 Business Days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
UPS does not count the day the package is shipped as a shipping day. UPS does not guarantee any transit times during the three weeks surrounding Christmas. UPS is closed on major holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving - these days are not included in shipping time.

Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused Shipments
Returned orders will be handled in a timely manner. If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If the customer refuses shipment, the order is considered a return with a 15% restocking fee.

Handling Fee
$1.00 handling fee used to offset the costs of delivery confirmation, padded envelopes and other packaging materials.

No minimum for orders.

Payment Information

Credit Card
We currently accept Paypal, money orders sent by mail, Visa and Mastercard. When placing an order using a credit card, you will need your credit card billing address as well as the 3 digit CIS or VIN number on the back of the card.

PayPal
PayPal uses your email address for payment verification. You can apply for a PayPal account at www.PayPal.com. If paying with PayPal, you can send payment to our email address:

Personal Checks
We do not accept personal checks.

COD
We do not accept cash-on-delivery payments.

Money Orders
You may use money orders as a method of payment.  Money order payments must be received within 1 week. Print your order and send with payment to The Scented Blossom, 309 Live Oak Blvd., Sanford, FL 32773

Pick-Up
If you live in or are visiting the area of Sanford, FL you may call

jannisgreen@aol.com to arrange to pick-up your items.

Product Return Policy
Your satisfaction with our products is of greatest importance to us. If there is a problem or a concern with your order, please contact us immediately at  407-878-5332  or at jannisgreen@aol.com. If we have made an error with your order, we do our best to remedy it immediately. We package our items very carefully and will not replace items damaged by the rough handling of the Post Office or UPS, unless you have requested and paid for insurance.

Returns must occur within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Product must be unused. Only credit will be applied to your account, not your credit card. We cannot reimburse for shipping expenses.

To return your order, please contact us at
 407-878-5332  or jannisgreen@aol.com  to obtain a return invoice number. Once you have a return invoice number, return your product by:
  • Placing the original invoice (or a copy) inside the shipping box.
  • Clearly PRINTING the return invoice number on your shipping box.
  • Shipping the box to 309 Live Oak Blvd., Sanford, FL 32773.

Fraud Blacklist
Buyers who fraudulently report not receiving their items will be reported to the proper authority for fraud investigation and will be placed on the fraud blacklist, which will block them from access to or ordering from The Scented Blossom's website.

Privacy Policy
The Scented Blossom recognizes the importance of your privacy. We will not give or sell confidential or personal information about our customers to any third party not affiliated with their transaction.

Ingredient Policy
The Scented Blossom uses natural and/or organic ingredients in most of our products.  We use Optiphen +, a paraben-free preservative, along with Rosemary Oleoresin Extract, Honey and Vitamin E as preservatives when able.  Please be advised our products have a shelf life of 1- 2 years.

No liability is taken by The Scented Blossom or its employees, shareholders or affiliates for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of essential oils or any of the Scented Blossom’s products. 

Our products are NOT for consumption.

If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any of The Scented Blossom's products. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not use certain essential oils as they can enter the bloodstream.

Skin Patch Test:
We strongly recommend testing all skincare products before using. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm.  Do not use if redness or irritation occurs. The Scented Blossom takes no responsibility for allergic or any other skin reactions to our products or ingredients. The buyer is responsible for making sure the ingredients are suitable for their skin and should not use products which contain ingredients they are allergic to.

Do you offer samples?
We do not send out samples by themselves. In the past we have tried different systems for sampling and found that it was not cost effective to continue offering them. However, if you place a large order of 10 or more items, we will be glad to include one sample at your request.

Do you sell gift certificates?
We do offer gift certificates. Just call or send an e-mail to arrange payment for the certificate. If you want to have the certificate mailed to someone as a gift, we would be happy to assist you! 

 Are your products tested on animals?
